Loin du patchwork traditionnel, elle crée tout en finesse des oeuvres plissées, froissées ou brodées. Un souffle de rêve les entoure. Ses travaux sont exposés en Suisse et à l'étranger.

Katharina Della Chiesa lives in Zürich. After an apprenticeship as a seamstress she studied textiles at the school of design in Zürich. Based on patchwork she creates exquisite works which are embroidered, pleated and ruched. The pieces have a ethereal quality. Her work is exhibited in Switzerland and abroad.
